We will make every effort to make you happy with your photos. In the event a refund is necessary here are the following terms:
Photo products may be returned if in original condition for a full refund in the original form of payment within 30 days of the purchase date.
Unfortunately, Digital Images cannot be returned for a refund.
Personalized items can only be exchanged, sorry.
CANCELLATIONS :

DELIVERIES:
You can save on shipping by taking advantage of purchasing before our "school delivery" date. Purchases made after that date are subject to our choice of delivery.
